Sales: Thomas And Friends

My son has grown up big enough to stop playing with his Thomas train set. I used to buy him every set there is available in the department store until his room is filled with the same repeated Thomas that comes from each set and a few hundred pieces of the blue tracks where you can run the train. Now we have a big storage problem.
So me and my wife decided that we're going to sell them off while keeping just one or two for his younger brother to play with. The trains are relatively new but there's scratches and decoloration on them due to keeping them in the toy box. Each Thomas train will come with Annie and Clarabel at $10 each.
The curved blue track at $0.50 each.
And the straight blue track at $0.50 each. These tracks are new pieces which comes with the sets, we repeatedly keep using the same tracks for him to play with and kept these away as spares.

Every item will be clean and disinfect for your child's hygiene, cause we're parents too.

Review: Kotobukiya Sennin Narika Shihoudou

Next for review is the Kotobukiya Sennin Narika from Beat Blades Haruka. I don't know why, but I bought this without a second look. I mean normally I would take a considerable long time to make up my mind whether do I want this or not. But it seems like for Narika, that wasn't the case.
All the strawberry pink hair makes her so delicious. She has that look of your average anime girl from middle school, only that she's wearing a cool modern ninja outfit with the cross arm pose. Her outfit's in the red and black theme compared to the Alter version of red and white.
Here you can see her hair ribbons also in the red and black, hiding due to the thickness of her hair. What amazed me is the details of the back of her head with her hair being tied to the sides. The hair lines are very well made.
They even add shadings of her back while she's making that arm pose. I really like the big ribbon at her lower back, looks so puffy like a cushion.
Her great detailed suit with the fantastic shading of her red parts. It has that leather texture. The way she places her fingers look so natural.
The strapes on her baggy pants needs more work, the painting looks rough.
Her golden belt has great fine details. The color goes well with her black suit.
There're two tail cloths swinging around her. Probably just a ninja fashion, Mai Shiranui has them too.
I have a hard time convincing myself that this is the highlight of Narika. I do not have much comments here, so I'll just let the picture do the talking.
Her footwear looks great. I always find it a plus point for a figure to have fancy high boots.
Another one leg up pose. There're also two gold buckles at her back.
The shuriken base to match this ninja. I kinda of worry that she'll fall off the base or her weight's gonna throw her off sideways, but as I look under the base, she's screwed on. The handle at the middle of the base shows this shuriken is her weapon.
Another highly detailed and color rich figure. Perhaps I'll get Haruka someday and place them side by side, either that or just let her be with someone who has the Haruka.

Review: Max Factory Kagamine Rin Nuclear Fusion

I was looking for something to go with my Max Factory Miku and I stumbled across Rin Nuclear Fusion, she had exactly the element I was looking for to go as a pair with Miku. Then I realised they're actually from the same illustrator.
Rin contains a lot of parts mostly to go with the base that she has to complete the nuclear look. What caught my eyes are the saturn rings, the savvy guitar and a great base to go with.
Again with the mature looking face compare to the other versions of her, definitely it's something that I want to go for. The pose all natural while strumming her guitar. With the hair holding up by the white and black ribbons, it drops down all so naturally. They did great with the golden hair clips.
Her guitar's details are fantastic, it has the personal and solid feel that only Rin owns this guitar. Not to mention they even add her holding a guitar pick and not just finger plucking.
The gold and black compliments well. The guitar neck looks like the real thing. It's just a pity they didn't add strings to it.
Her outfit holds a good contrast of black, white and yellow. Her guitar strap details were amazing with the gold chain holding on. Just take a look at the yellow tie knots on her shirt, I have never seen anything like them before.
There's this really nice ruffles at the tip of the skirt. Very detailed looking, exactly what a gothic dress will look like. I realised that the leggings are similiar to that of Miku's, only hers are in yellow stripes.
Here you can see her headphones plugged to a wire. And for your info, yes, it is a wire. With that serious face, she's so pretty.
A winged logo behind her back in opposite colors of her shirt.
The base has a concept of a big boom speaker which meant to project her instrument sound. Her shoe laces are also yellow in color which matches with the ribbons on her shirt. It's great they add a 3rd color to the outfit, otherwise it'll be kind of monochrome with just black and white.
The wires running about to the other end looks like the real thing. I kinda of like the idea of using red and green insulated cables, which is what we always buy from the common hardware stores.
The other end of cable plugs into the base from her headphone as most guitarist would like a feedback of what they're playing on stage. They can't really hear what sound they're really projecting due to the direction facing to the audience.
Great gothic outfit and diorama. I can feel the hardwork behind this figure to make her as close to a real musician. This figure is a must have, especially when you already owned the Miku VN02.

Review: Max Factory Miku Hatsune VN02

One word to describe this figure - Wow! This figure is the one which got me started collecting PVC figures. It all started when my friend showed me his figures collection and I thought, "Hey I could start one of my own too". As I googled my way to look at which type of figures are available in the market, then I found her. With no hesitations, I bought her the next day and it sure didn't disappoint me.
The most distinguished part of her is her translucent green hair, fair skin, beautiful futuristic outfit and a great flying pose. Her face is sculpted with a more real-life look than the other versions of her which looks fantastic.
The translucent green hair is different than what I've seen from other figures that I currently owned now. Her fringe is not symmetrical, so when you display her at a different angle, you'll get a different look of her face. The flowing hair shows that she is flying straight ahead with the wind blowing through her. Her hair ribbons definitely is the first I've seen so far with its square shape and her headphone gives her that high tech look.
Her outfit color scheme blends well with all the white, black, green and gold. Her body lines is another attraction to me, with this pose she looks so foxy. You could tell that great work have been taken on the details as her suit curved with her body. Not to mention the details on her collar are not left unattended.
As her black sleeves from her upper arms extend to her wrists, it turns to clear transparent displaying the black gloves she's wearing. I do think it's a good idea to make her sleeveless around the shoulder and armpit area, because that really brings out a feminine side of her.
You can see the seams on her plugsuit really runs well. There are two boombox like booster jet attached to her back which further enhanced the girl-meets-future kinda look. I can't really take my eyes off the exposed skin between the mini-skirt and the black stockings.
The inside of the speakers jet boosters really is well made, so you could really show off all the great details even if you're displaying it sideways.
Her exo-skeleton spine to blend the concept of attaching the booster jets attached to her back.
Her long slender legs with that one leg up pose. The proportion of the legs are just right. Many figures lack in this, either showing legs too thin or too long.
From here you could see the knee guard supports her weight to the base when she's leaning forward and she really is heavy with all the hair and mecha attached to her. Let's get to the base which shows the wind coiling up as she takes off.
One of the great elements of the figure is this base. A great base to a figure always add points to me when it comes to buying. Just like the hair, the base is also in translucent green which can be a highlight when displaying on a nicely lit shelf.
The core of the wind coiling up is another amplified speaker where she stands in the middle.
Seriously I have seen not much figures that could really match up to the VN02. Like I said from the start, the hair, face, suit, base, color scheme and pose is everything you could look for in a figure. I'm a proud owner of one and it truely is a masterpiece.
